Terms VIII Fire Festival in Ostróda:
- Festival area covers an area of Gimnazjum No. 2 School in Ostróda, OCSiR sports hall and places designated by the organizers, which will be held at the finals show.
- The condition of participating in the National Festival of Fire is the payment of contributions in the amount of PLN 40 and to present the identity document during registration.
- Minors who wish to participate in the festival are required to forward a written permission from the organizers of their parents or legal guardians, according to the model annexed to these Regulations.
- Those without IDs are not allowed to reside in a sports hall and school in which the participants are accommodated. The organizers allow the possibility to hold ID checks by security.
- The festival is completely non-alcohol, tobacco and drug use of any drugs.
- Into the sports hall and the lodge are non-consumption of food and beverages.
- No animals are allowed at the festival.
- Festival organizers are not responsible for health damage, accidents, etc. which take place throughout the festival and beyond.
- Each festival participant assumes full responsibility for any damage, pranks, etc.
- Each participant taking part in the Festival "Playing with Fire" and / or in the Finale, is responsible for quality and safety of their equipment during fireshow.
- Each of the participants in the Festival is not allowed the use of asbestos and asbestos derivatives at both shows as well as the fire show in the festival.
- The organizers have the right to exclude from participation in the festival a person who considerably violated the rules.
- The organizers have the right to exclude the person who has been complained about by the other participants of the festival. In particular, this applies to conduct in relation to other participants in the events.
- All the situations in which the law is violated (eg theft) will be immediately reported to the appropriate departments. In this situation, the organizers take account of the recordings from the monitoring installed at the school hall.
- Only the full fee for the participation in the festival is obligatory, with no breakdown for single days.
- Signature of the rules (list of participants) is unequivocal acceptance of the Rules.
Some features of the organizers will also be performed by volunteers. They will watch over the correct course of the Festival.
Authorization for a minor
We, the undersigned ……….………………………………..……., As a parent / guardian * ……………………………………… born on ……….…………………………., hereby express our agreement that our daughter/son/ward* took participation in appearances fire show during the VIII Fire Festival in Ostróda. Performances are held only in places designated by the organizers.
At the same time we declare that it is known to us, what the fire show appearances, training and workshops, and become familiar with the program and rules VIII Fire Festival in Osterode.
Further we declare that we are aware that participation in the fire show appearances, training and workshops carries the risk of occurrence of accidents, such as beats, abrasions, burns and the like, and all accidents that may occur, could lead to permanent damage to health and body.
We declare that we agree to bear such risks for our daughter/son/ward* and declare that in the event of an accident where the victim is our daughter/son/ward*, we will not make claims or claim use any legal consequences against the organizers of the VIII Fire Festival in Osterode.
